What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, company, work email, selected area of interest, language and message you choose to provide. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical data, such as IP address and browser information, in server logs, for security and reliability.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
We use the information you send only to understand your request and reply to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not store preferences in your browser. See our Cookie Policy.
Who processes data for us
The site is hosted on Netlify. Contact submissions are handled through Netlify Forms, provided by Netlify, Inc. in the United States. The site loads its images and interface assets locally; it does not connect to an email marketing provider automatically.
International transfers
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Marketing and newsletters
This website does not offer a newsletter subscription. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
How long we keep it
We keep the messages you send for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and no longer than twenty four months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to team@rava.team. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
